Guide about ranks of KaiseCraft v2

Hey everybody, i'm making a guide about all the KC ranks for the new players:

Citizen:
To apply for the citizen rank, you must have built minimum a house, you must have played minimum a day.

Abilities:
-Spawn some basic stuff.
-Go to survival, join a faction or create one.
-Protect with residence 10 50*50 areas.

Builder:
You must have played minimum some days, and you must have built complex builds or a town, and you must have been citizen from a week, and your McMMo(mc stats) should be 100 or higher.

Abilities:
-Everything a citizen can do.
-Spawn much more stuff then the citizen.
-Many more commands such as /feed and /hat.
-Protect with residence 15 75*75 areas.

Engineer:
You must have been on the server minimum a month, you should have been builder for atleast 3 weeks, and you should have built a lot of complex redstone mechanisms.

Abilities:
-Everything a builder can do.
-Able to spawn much more stuff then the builder, including all the redstone stuff.
-Able to have a nick.
-Able to set a warp.
-Able to disguise as some mobs.
-Protect with residence 50 100*100 areas.

VIP:
This is a paid rank,you have to pay real moneyfor it, it costs 8,5$.

Abilities:
-Able to spawn everything except bedrock.
-Able to disguise as any mobs except the ender dragon.
-Able to enchant.
-Able to set warps.
-Protect with residence unlimited areas.
-Able to have a nick+prefix.

Elite:
This is also a paid rank, you have to pay real money for it, it costs 12,5$.

Abilities:
-Able to spawn anything except bedrock.
-Able to enchant.
-World edit acess.
-Protect with residence unlimited areas.
-Able to set a warp.
-Able to have a nick+prefix.

General Rules Of The Server:

-No Griefing.
-No Stealing.
-English ONLY in the main chat, if you would like to speak another language, do /msg (player name) (message).
-No Spamming.
-No Advertissing of other servers, it will result in a ban.

Thanks a bunch for your guide, but if any type of server rules do get changed and they look into your guide, they'll certainly be misguided, and there are some mistakes as I can see:

Citizens have to play for a week or more
Right so because of that, all of the flow is removed, the person should be citizen for a week, more days for a builder and even more days for engineer, so that's a bit ruined, VIPS can't spawn everything, they can't spawn lava etc. they also don't have a prefix, only a nick, VIPS also can not disguise as a giant and some other mobs and as far as I remember, they can't enchant as well.
