Wiigor has been causing problems before, I am going to mute him, but after some sr.mod or Admin confirm it

I believe I just said in another ban report that if I see any of this again, I'd mute you from the forums...luckily, it was started by Mono. So, you guys are off the hook for right now.

This foolishness needs to stop. Muting him was a good idea.
