10x10 = $1000
30x30 = $5000

Players that can purchase plots are:
Citizens+

Mob Spawning
There are lots of monsters that spawn here, so if the creeper spawner isn't enough,
come to Eden at night, and kill the monsters such as Skeletons, Zombies and Spiders.

We need only 3 capital cities, Which had to be lead by staff. You may get your town added to the list of warps at spawn though
