Please make the server to 1.5.2

I think the update is a good thing. If you want the server to downgrade just because you can't install 1.6 you should ask someone for help (perhaps a mod)

The server won't be downgraded. It's important that everyone moves forward and it's a fairly simple process to update. Just download the new launcher from here: http://forums.kaise123.com/index.php/topic,1568.0.html to get started

I downloaded the minecraft 1.6 offline from your link, but when i launch it, it wont show up the main screen.....
i have the other minecraft 1.6 from TeamExtreme, its work but i cant install any mod with it, i want mods.

Mods have a very different installation method on 1.6. Look around on Google/YouTube for a decent tutorial
