sara helped me build my city and baroom helped me fill my town by building a house theminegameur helps me in my fac spark is my friend from the last kingdom fac nightfury helped me build alot of thingalso baroom helped me now alot about this server and its players.
also i want to be a builder so people trust me also i want to be a builder to help others and spawn more things.
i want to be a builder because i get the engineer ranks after a month also i want to be builder to now more about redstone

You have the wrong minecraft version, thats why it says Outdated Server.
You may have 1.5.2 still or a higher version than 1.6.2.

CURRENT VERSION OF KCV2: 1.6.2 (i think)

Please include more information as to why you want to be a Builder/why you think you deserve this rank. Also, the picture you've included in your app is just a picture of your city where other people have built. While you can keep the screenshot, your Builder application should have pictures of the builds you created.

Related to your question about not being able to enter the server, you aren't banned (not that I know of anyway haha), but your client is outdated. Maybe you accidentally updated it to 1.6.4?
