Hello. I wanted to know how to create, setup, and successfully run a server, as well as make it cracked. Obviously, it would take a long time to explain, so if someone can provide the URL or a link to a page with information about this, I would be grateful.

      Thank You for reading  :)

It depends a lot on what you want to do. If you want to make a server like KCv2 (I.E. Public with lots of players from all over the world) you will need to rent a server to host it on. You can Google for places to rent: 'Minecraft server'.

Creating a basic server is actually fairly easy. If you just want a server that you and some friends can play on together, go ahead and download the official Minecraft server from here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftDownload/launcher/Minecraft_Server.exe and put it into it's own folder (Not just on your desktop as it creates a number of other files, so it's easier if you keep it in it's own folder - IE 'Minecraft server'. Then, All you need to do to make it cracked is open 'server.properties' (It is created after you first run the server) with Wordpad, and change the line 'online-mode=true' to 'online-mode=false'. Restart the server, and it is now a 'cracked' server.

In order to join from your own computer, all you need to do is type 'localhost' as the server IP. For people to join from your own network they just type your computer's local IP address (Usually 10.0.0.X or 192.168.X.X).

If you want people to connect over the Internet (IE from other houses) then it gets a lot more complicated and is out of the scope of what I can write here. You need to portfoward the port 25565 to get it to work.
As to:

If you don't have some advance computer knowledge I don't recommend you to start server, if you port forward wrong you can easily harm you computer

Port forwarding wrong cannot harm your computer at all. However opening certain ports that are not for Minecraft (IE other then 25565) can pose a potential security risk to your computer.

Then you need to run a modded server, usually Bukkit. See http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server for setting up a bukkit server. Then just put the plugins in the plugins folder, restart the server and configure as necessary.

Former server owner and admin here. Since a lot of people here already covered the actual setting up bit, I'll delve more into the connections bit.

You have three options to set up connectivity to your server:
1. LAN connection
2. Hamachi
3. Port Forwarding

These methods are ordered in difficulty, with LAN connection being the easiest and Port Forwarding the most difficult. They also suit a different amount of people respectively, with LAN suited for 1-3 people, Hamachi 1-6 and Port Forwarding being as many as you want.

Setting up LAN
LAN connection is by far the easiest but also least accessible. Your players must be on your Local Area Network, or Wi-Fi in order to connect. To set up, go to any single player world and go to the option 'Open to LAN'. You should then be told your server IP. Players on your network should then be able to detect your server automatically in the Multiplayer Menu

Hamachi
Think of Hamachi networks as LANs, but over the internet instead. To use, download the Hamachi program (Google it) and install it. Get your players to do this too. Then set up a new network by entering a network ID and password of your choice. Tell that ID and password to your players. Your players should then join by selecting the 'Join an existing network' option using that ID and password. Your players should then join your server by connecting using your Hamachi IP address, which should be listed next to your Hamachi name in the program's network interface.

Port Forwarding
This method is quite difficult if you haven't done before, and is impossible if your nwtwork router does not support it (most Netgear routers should support PF in my experience, so if you have one you should be good to go).

Anyway, first you'll need to find your internal IP address. Think of it as a 'normal IP address' except your LAN is the internet. Your internal IP is your address in that LAN. To do this, go to Command Prompt and type in 'ipconfig'. Your internal IP should be something along the lines of 192.168.<>.<>. Note this down.

Then go to your router's control panel and go to the Port Forwarding section. If you cannot find it, it may be under Firewall settings. There, name your setting to whatever name you want, although naming it minecraft is a good idea. Set the port to 25565 and make sure it uses both the TCP and IP protocols. Finally set the IP to the internal IP address you found earlier in Command Prompt.

Then go to your internet browser and Google 'what is my IP'. Google or one of the websites you find there should be able to tell you your public IP address. Tell your players this IP. They will connect to your server through this address. Note: your internal IP address may change every time your computer restarts so check and adjust your settings accordingly.

Whew finished! Hope this helps :)

Good guide :) A few things though,

If you port foward, there is a limit to the number of players you can have online. Depending on your Internet connection and location, you will probably start seeing lag after about ~10 players being online, especially if you are downloading/uploading anything on the same connection. Residential Internet connections tend to have a poor upload speed, And are not set up to host servers properly so players that are not in the same country will experience lag.

Port forwarding is not as hard as it sounds, and generally is the best way to run a server from your own Internet, As it makes it very easy for other users to connect. A good site (If you don't mind the ad's and things) with guides for individual routers is http://portforward.com/
