Into the enderworld, i accidently jumped into the portal again, when after comes the Minecraft credits, and now, i cant log in .-.

Happened to me too, but the good thing for me was that the server rollbacks and I spawned a few steps away from the hole. But for you I guess a Moderators needs to tp you to the exact time when you login.
