Why is there holes in my house?

Yesterday I connected to the server then found holes in my house, with flying ladders. So all I wanna know is was I griefed or it's a bug ? Here's a screenshot. My residence name is mohamad1965_castle.

There is no way That it could be griefed,Because its protected with residence,so maybe its a bug or somebody used World Edit.

Get a staff member to check it out, Or provide coordinates or a warp so we can get someone to check if it's griefed.
