Reason why i wan't Builder:Because i wanna Reach Engineer rank to give away some stuffs.I applied for Builder because i'd like to spawn more stuffs and making houses i like Building.

Yeah, I'd say at least (like absolute minimum as of right now) be Citizen for a week. When his Builder application was posted, it was on the same day when he was accepted for Citizen. However, jeff142, when you decide to reapply, I suggest fixing your application so that it meets the requirements. Thanks.
